Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
• One account per organization unless authorized

API Usage and Limits

• Sadhaka (Free): 5,000 walks/month, 100 steps/walk
• Rishi: 1.5M walks/month, 1K steps/walk
• Brahma: Unlimited walks, 10K steps/walk, dedicated infrastructure

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Abuse rate limits or circumvent restrictions

Payment Terms

• Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Overage charges apply per plan terms

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining GDPR compliance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive or illegal behavior
• Fail to pay for services
• Pose a security risk

You may delete your account at any time with a 30-day grace period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
